This build took me two months to finish, and turns out fully furnished with a carefully designed landscape. It looks so much nicer than the EA builds on the same street (I think)! Hopefully the burglar wouldn't think the same and decide to pay a visit.

Note : The lot is not flat! It's designed specifically for 10 Poker Flats Drive in Twinbrook.
Also, you may have spotted a Master Suite SP flower standing on a living room side table in my screenshots, worry not, I have replaced it with a base game flower before I export the lot so you don't really need the SP. I just forgot to take another photo XD
