This could be a very comfy vacation home for your sims (though I built it as a full-time residence.) It is an open design - lightly furnished - and highly efficient.
I did not clutter it up with personal decorations; I thought the floor and contrasting color design was busy enough! LOL! So, feel free to make it yours



This house was inspired by Design #V41472 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)



This is a copy - no sim has set foot on this lot. It has been tested for routing/play-ability issues. There is a smoke alarm, burglar alarm, telephone, PC, and everything else your sim will need EXCEPT a parking space.

NOTE: If walls are missing when you first visit the lot, exit without saving and add Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 to your DL folder before loading this house again. Sometimes I use this wall instead of the CFE cheat when building houses.
