So I have a new upload ready for you today: Granite Bay!
I made this for myself but after having a nice request for uploading at this thread I decided "why not?" and have uploaded it.
It has enough space for a couple of beach lots and is itching to be used!
As usual with my terrains (because I love to pack in as much as possible!) gunmod's camera mod or the movesanywhere camera mod is recommended!
