This lot was inspired by Alrunia's beautiful Larchwood Point. I loved the use of homey items, bright colors, and potted plants to make the lot seem lived-in and cozy. I wanted to use the same technique to make a lot that revolved around outdoor living spaces.

The Green Home (not a creative name, I admit) features three bedrooms, two baths, four living areas (two inside, two outside), a study (with coffee bar!), full dining area, full kitchen, and one spare room waiting for you to customize however you wish. It also has a fully-equipped back yard, complete with swimming pool, fire pit, meditation area, garden, and plenty of reading spots.



To make the decor of this lot possible, I had to use the bb.moveobjects cheat to place most of the plants and clutter. It left the furniture/other interactable objects usable, with the exception of two "poof cushions" on the back porch, and the seat under one of the trees in the back yard. I left them in place for aesthetics.

As is, the lot is expensive (just over 200,000 S), but there are quite a few "luxury" items that could be removed to make it more affordable. E.g. piano, computer, maybe an entire living room or two.... You can really do a lot with the lot.
