This is a large modern home with three regular bedrooms and one toddler bedroom. It has two en suite bathrooms, one shared large bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. This house also has a art studio for your creative sims and an outside play area for the little sims.
Two of the four bedrooms also have their own small kitchen/dining/living area upstairs.
Of course a house like this goes with a pool and sufficient backyard play equipment for children and toddlers.
I built this house on the 50x50 lot in Willow Creek called Oakenstead.
