Lizard Skins for Alien Sims + Spiky Nose Preset

These skins have been fixed, and should start working.
I've come back to update these as they seemed to stop appearing for aliens in my game, it was a quick fix.

So, all 36 skins, the 16 original, and 20 additional should work as intended.

Onto how the mod works, the 16 base skins are enabled to appear on alien sims generated in the game.
While the 20 extra skins will not appear for alien sims generated by the game. These are meant to be a rarity, and have a chance to occur when two sims with different
lizard skins have a child.

I also fixed the lizard appearance (nose preset) file.
Aliens spawned in the game don't get the nose, nor any other sim as it's not random enabled.
So, it'll have to be applied manually.

Included the collection of eye colors seen in the images to this package.
