This house is an unfurnished (except for the normal amenities - bathroom, kitchen...) 3 bed 2 bath house easily accomodates a family of 4. The lot is a 3 x 2 and has a nice little stream. The price tag is 29,055...very affordable for the sim couple that is looking to make that jump into the family life.
