This beautiful home, currently serving as part of the Annenberg Community Center, was designed by famed architect Julia Morgan in the 1920s. Marion Davies, an old Hollywood actress married to William Randolph Hearst, had this guest house built as a part of their larger compound, which was destroyed in the 1933 southern California Earthquake. Though this property now serves as a community events center and historic museum, this lot is categorized as Residential in TS4. I dressed up the place, with minimalism, in a way I thought reflected Marion Davies' personality. I hope you enjoy!
