This obviously needs Vampires GP to work (It's also useless without it)
Have you ever tried to convert your whole world into vampires but got annoyed because most tries failed during the day?
Well, this allows you to turn any human sim into a vampire at any time!
Note: The 3 day transition is still in effect.

This overrides the following XMLS and will conflict with any mod that edits them.
