Just some grass thought I would share as it looks nice when the grass has just been cut.
The stripes run up or across the lot depending on which way the lot is viewd if it not going in the right direction click the undo toggle and use the other.
The plain grass matches the origonal Neighborhood texture which I find useful for editting gravel paths and alike.
