OL Fishing Spot Makeovered

Ah, back to my good old Oasis Landing. I've made lots of OL lots before, including my own small fishing spot. Check out all my OL lots by searching under the tag Oasis Landing. I have about a dozen community lots for OL, and some residential lots as well.

Today I wasn't sure what I wanted to make in OL, but I knew I wanted to make a community lot. I can think of a few I want to make at some point, but this isn't something I had in my mind. I thought it would be cool to do something in the downtown area somehow, like something as silly simple as adding restrooms. And I did that and more on this lot (on the first floor, kind of the 'foundation').

I combined my previous idea of my last OL fishing spot with a twist of building it only on the water here. I think this makes the previously plain fishing spot much more interesting. It also has golf, a firepit, an easel, chess, and a telescope here, as well as the restrooms.

Your sim can fish anywhere on this lot. Since there's now this center building, they can even fish from way up high on the roof! And they can use the facilities if they so need. I added more fish spawners so there would be more fish for your sim to fish for! I added a few outside lights and buydebug lights so it would be lit at night. If you don't like the look of it being so well lit at night, you can delete some of them after using the buydebug cheat.

To clarify, this goes in the previously unnamed fishing spot right in the center of the downtown area.
