After I watched all of the house redecoration videos of James Charles and Mr. Kate, I felt inspired to recreate the whole house in The Sims! I worked for a few days on this and I'm very happy to be sharing it with you!

If you have no idea who these people are, you can simply enjoy using this house, as it is very modern and beautiful.

No custom content was used for the creation of this lot.

It has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total. There are 2 living rooms, 1 large kitchen, and many office spaces. The following room below is the room where James films his YouTube videos, but since there isn't such a career or video capturing equipment in The Sims 3, I simply tried to recreate the room but it doesn't offer much use to the gameplay. Feel free to renovate it how it suits you! Or keep it as it is
