I think at this point it will be my signature move.. post a residential lot for upload here.. disappear for a few months... post again.. rinse repeat.

This time I would like to present a modern mansion I've created, inspired by the Get Famous expansion, and as always- TheSimSupply aka Semaj!

This house comes fully furnished, WITH NO CUSTOM CONTENT. I have attached about a thousand pictures because this place is huge and I'm also a little obsessed! Some special features I've included in this lot are a sunken lounge room, a home gym, a sauna with inlaid fish aquariums ~with magic fogless glass~ (don't ask how it works, just look at the fishies while you steam it up!), a wine cellar with hidden access to a vault, a private flower garden, a full outdoor kitchen with dining, and double decker infinity pools. Seriously this home is MADE for being placed in the Bailey-Moon residence lot of Del Sol Valley. Those views!

The master bedroom is enormous and has a high ceiling with glass roofing, it also has access to a private balcony and the upper level pool. The master has a walk in closet and fancy pants gold and white marble bathroom with WATERFALLS! There is a second double bedroom with an on-suite bathroom, perhaps for guests! Next to the gym there is a single bedroom I've decorated with the idea of a spoiled, world-traveling youngin', could be suited for a child or teenager. I FORGOT to take a picture of the half-bath on the first floor, but just know it has an awesome painting, and it was one of the first rooms I decorated!! #jazzcats

For the privacy and security of your celeb sims, the garbage/recycling and mail receptacles are sectioned off in a gated fence along side the lot- the idea would be that your trusted mail carrier and garbage-man would have their own key into this little cubby, but not past the second gate into the residence
