Updated the mods tuning for patch 1.77.131.1030 (07/20/2021)
Note* finished upgrades reset to unfinished as it's the way I like it myself and did not have time to do two seprate versions.

I love H&B stuff and use it in every TS4 house I create. Recently, though, the both the Portal 3.0 Plus and the Portal 3.0 have started causing the cabinets above it to be shaded. I even deleted the files I was using, downloded the merged file updated in July 2021 and it still causes a dark shading. I replaced the Plus with another cc refrigerator and the shading goes away. Not sure what the deal is but I thought I would let you know in case there's a tweak you can make to fix it.
