Proper Trait! (Gentleman/Lady Trait)

This is my first mod! If a bug occurs... I will most likely not be able to fix it!



This trait is found in the "Lifestyle" area in CAS.

In the future I will add increase levels of skill, and improvement to careers.

"Proper etiquette has quite become a thing of the past. Luckily, Proper Sims still remember the old ways and conduct themselves by a code of honor. Or at least a code of nice manners..." - Sims 3 Supernatural

This is not a full recreation. But I have tried my best. Sims will react greatly to clean surroundings, When a sim cleans, repairs and sometimes (I don't know how to add a buff when two sims are having friendly interactions with each other.) have a friendly chat, they'll have a good mood, however, if they are mean to other sims or destroy objects, they'll be terribly sad.

Features:

- Positive Buffs when...
- Is around clean environment.
- Being friendly, and being gentlemanly/lady-like (Not always or probably never...)
- Repairing, Cleaning themselves or other things.

- Negative Buffs when...
- Not being friendly. (Not always or probably never...)
- sabotaging objects.

- Whims Include....
- Cleaning, Playing instruments, painting, repairing and more.

- Buffs...
- "Nice and Clean!" When always around a clean environment until receives the "unpleasant surroundings" buff. +1 Happiness.
- "Nice and Proper!" When doing things according to whims, such as bathing/showering, repairing ect... ect... +3 Happiness - 1 hour.
- "I'm... Ashamed..." Given when doing negative interactions. (Probably broken!) +5 Sadness - 4 hours

- Added a "Give What For" Interaction, as another way to fight sims.

This was overall created to give my sim "Professor Hershel Layton" a proper "Gentleman" Trait. (Custom Content with him and his jacket coming soon! )
