This lot is based on a real-life Tokyo building that I noticed in Asakusa, Tokyo, during a Google Street View strolling. I liked its chaotic, irregular facade and I built it for my own Japanese-themed savegame, and I thought maybe those few players also interested in contemporary Asian-themed city gameplay would find it useful. I know it's not a nice-looking or eye-pleasing building; but personally what I seek is never the nice-looking, but the typical / characteristic.



It's not an apartment building, the whole lot belongs to the active household from head to toe: garage and empty storeroom downstairs, living room and study with a kitchen unit upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the 3rd floor. Two more additonal separated toilets. One of the bedrooms is furnished for a visual kei / Gothic Lolita fan child or teen in mind. A cheap car and a Kenspa scooter (WA) included. Skill objects: martial arts training dummy (WA) and drafting table (AMB).



The whole thing is very compact and rather tight, but the more tight, the more authentic. If the kitchen is too small for you, you can eliminate the study for a bigger kitchen and dining. Suitable for a 3-4 members household.
