Gustav always wanted a dog. Unfortunately he grew up in a dog hating cult a few miles North of Bridgeport. The cult leader banned dogs and all things dog related so the members had to commit to a dogless life. As soon as he was old enough to fend for himself, Gustav fled the cult hoping to adopt a dog at last.

Sadly his first job was too time consuming to look after a dog, and his boss wouldn't let him bring one to the office. So he found a girlfriend, in the hope that she might walk the dog. But she didn't want to look after a dog.

So Gustav left his job and his girlfriend and decided he would no longer commit to other people and just adopt a dog. Now he's ready to welcome his new friend and fulfill his dreams.
