Hey guys, gals, and everything in-between (or outside)! Here's another house I regurgitated out for all my baby chicks to enjoy, this time with a river and small pond. I originally wanted to place the lot on a cliff-side, but since the sims 4 doesn't like me, I couldn't. Oh well, I still like the outcome and I hope you do too!

You MUST have bb.Moveobjects ON when placing the lot
If you don't, the lot will look all messed up.
