^_^ Ello there. This is only my second sim, please be kind... >_< I just realized how crappy Bill's asian shirt looks. I may redo it in the future. In the meantime, download and enjoy my Bill sim. :D

So here is Bill in all his glory with two different outfits, one he was wearing in the opening/el paso scene. The second outfit seems to be more well known, even though it was displayed in a deleted scene. *shrug*
