Oceo Ecohome

An eco-starter home with a built in biome, designed to complement the natural environment. The furnishings throughout are simple, using colours which also reflect the environment. The house consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/living area. The biome and balcony area are accessible by a staircase. There's also room to expand, and if you have a green thumb sim, you could put some planters on the roof.

I listened to a podcast on solarpunk recently, and have been fascinated by the architectural concepts associated with the movement since! Solarpunk encourages optimistic envisionings of the future in light of climate change, and there's some amazing concept art out there. So I wanted to design something that was aesthetically pleasing, not outside the realm of possibility, and which was built around nature, not the other way around. I'd like to design more houses like this!
