Since the lot contains custom content, you'll probably have to select the "show custom content" option in your gallery after you install the lot.

I loved 'Lucky Palms' in Sims 3 where I was first introduced to Mid Century styled architecture :lovestruc

I LOVED Lucky Palms! It always reminded me of the real life Palm Springs, which I think Oasis Springs is based off of too. Some of the most unique Mid-Century homes are there.
