Looks controversial. Amazing layout and great effort that's seen from first sight against lack of colours. White apts are too white and brown apts are too brown for my taste. I did not ever seen Brooklyn Brownstones in real life, but if they have same "well yards", this could be a great way to have some private but open space inside the city. The house shell is ten of ten.
