This file has been UPDATED on 9-12-2021 with the following things:
Catalog
- It can now be found in the Pond VFX section in build mode.
- Object's Thumbnail has been updated with a desert brown background color. This makes it more clear in the Pond VFX section that this object looks best when placed in desert worlds.
- Price has been changed for better placement in the Pond VFX section next to some of my other desert related mods.

Placement
- Placeable on water surfaces.
WHY: Despite the fact that this animal isn't a water animal, I still enabled the 'placeable on water surfaces' option.
The reason for this, is because this makes it easier to raise it to something hanging above the water surface like rocks or branches. It's also easier to place it onto floating things like logs or to rocks or branches sticking out of the water.
- Placeable on slopes, which makes it easier to place it above uneven (pond/ocean) floors.
Please RE-DOWNLOAD and delete the old file!

Animated - Placeable Birds - Steelpecker
This invisible object spawns a Steelpecker, a bird that came with the Star Wars game pack.
When placing the object's first swatch, all Sims being near the steelpecker will recieve an uncomfortable buff for as long as they stand close to it.
Walking away from the bird will make the uncomfortable buff to disappear.
If you choose to use the second swatch, no buff is attached to the object. This makes it perfect for if you only want to have the bird there for decoration purposes.
This object can also be placed onto deco slots making it possible to let the steelpecker sit on top of my former mod, the cowplant skull, for example.

Object information:
This mod is Base Game Compatible
It's a Standalone object, so it won't override any other objects in game.
To easily find it, type 'Steelpecker' into the search bar.
You can also find it by going to the Pond VFX section.
It can be recognized by my "BakieGaming" icon in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.
The costs are: 9 Simoleons
