I loved "Charmed" since I was a kid. I built their house in "The Sims" games so many times. I looked for some inspiration from the internet, I looked at the pictures of how this house acually looked like.

Whole house is made by my own idea. It's not 1:1 scale, it is just my inspiration of it, so furnitures or arrangement of rooms is different from the original house or from the one from TV show. I connected the original house from Los Angeles and tried to add some ideas from the show "Charmed". It's not my favourite version of this house that I've made but I'll still keep it on the site, because someone maybe would like to use it.

I love the victorian style of this house. On the attic there are spaces for spellbook and cauldron, in case you want to play as witches in this house. I didn't add custom content spellbook, because we have witches in this game witch pretty spellbook stand that actually works.

About placing this house in your neighbourhood - simply place it anywhere you want. It should fit anywhere.

I didn't use any custom content.

I built it in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection" so I don't know how will it work with other versions of the game.
