Phanaeng Curry (also spelled phanang, panang) is a thick, salty and sweet Thai curry, with a citrusy flavour. It’s made by combining the paste with coconut milk. The aforementioned paste is made by combining dried chili peppers, lemongrass, lime zest, galangal, coriander, cumin, garlic, salt and peanuts. It can have a variety of vegetables and meats added to it but this one is made with mixed veg and tofu.

Notes:
- It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
- Vegetarian-Safe, Lactose Free!
- Optional EA Bell Pepper & Spinach, BrazenLotus Yellow Pepper, Icemunmun Tofu, and SCCO Rice (can be cooked without)
- Please don't re-upload as your own!
- Appears in Dine Out restaurant menus as a "Main Course".
