So I started doing some research about Riverside and after a lot of digging I found out that the blue house seen in most pictures of Riverside (next to the house with the garage) is the same house that's seen in tons of preview material of the game, and also the house where the Roberts family live in the Riverside recreation on this site.

No CC, built in Ultimate Collection so all packs should be required.
