Hello there! I want to share an unique seaside modern villa with a wavy roof and a rounded pool. It gives an exotic vibe with all the tropical plants surrounding the main building. It has a beautiful sea view from the deck. The interior is pretty bright with white and blue colors. It's in nautical/contemporary style. Hope you'll like this marine house. It has got 3 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a study and it's perfect for a rich family! ( I'm using sky recolors but you don't need any CC to download this lot) This lot is unlevel, because it's a beach lot type!
