The brochure says: "This beautiful Folk Victorian has all the properties of others in its class. Living areas include a formal Victorian parlor, a private study (library) and large gathering room. The formal dining room has its more casual counterpart in a bay-windowed breakfast room... Five bedrooms serve family and guest needs handily..."

The floor plan is a Luxury Home from some architect's Signature Series. The plan has been in my folder of floor plans for many, many years - I have no idea where it came from originally. I created the TS2 version almost exactly as it was originally designed.

This house was meant to be UNFurnished *sigh* ...but I couldn't help adding a few bits, and then a few more. The furniture placement is just a suggestion! And, it's all Maxis - Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have smoke alarm, as do ALL the fireplaces. Telephones are on each level. The front door has a burglar alarm.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for five vehicles! One in the garage; and four more on the driveway.

This is a pet-READY build. Doggie items are included, and there is plenty of room to add more.

- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor (It fixes the wonky walls around the garage door and the attic/3rd story level!)

Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
Lamare's Shiftable Everything and...
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!

NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
