Kakiniit are traditional Inuit tattoos (the facial ones specifically are called tunniit). Note that I am not Inuk and not an expert on this topic. This cc was made by observing photos of real Inuit people with tunniit but its likely i got some details wrong, so apologies for any inaccuracies.

Forehead tattoos are found in the upper chest section, cheeks in the upper back section, and chin in the lower back section, so you can mix and match the designs. Comes in both teal and black colors.

The blurriness of the forehead lines are caused by the way the UV map warps around the forehead and while I tried to compensate for it as much as I could, that is the best I could get it to look.

Update: Now base game compatible
Update 2: Forehead teal swatches now have correct colors
