The floor plan to this lovely tiny cottage is loosely based on a tiny home tour I came across on youtube. I did my best to keep it tiny and cute, while not allowing it to seem claustrophobic. I hope you and your sims enjoy it.

This is a Tier 1 micro home. It is fully furnished with one bedroom and an open floor plan kitchen and living area. The cozy back yard is perfect for a sim looking to start gardening. Priced at only 17, 543 simoleons, it's an ideal starter home.

*Note: OMSP shelf was used to place the window objects. The lot can by placed in base game.
