This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom fixtures only family home in a 70s style, ugly green carpet included! It also includes a driveway and attached garage.

It includes minimal landscaping, so you can chuck any kind of stuff you want inside the house and on the yard if you feel like it!

It includes no custom content, is base game only, and it's a completely sim free lot (it was built in a neighbourhood with exactly 0 sims!).

I don't have the super duper hug bug in my game, but I recommend that everyone has Chris Hatch's super duper hug bug test in their game anyway. Use the Sims 2 clean lot installer.
