Sometimes besides all the squicky-clean buildings in your town, you'd rather go for something more... decrepit. Sadly in Sims 4, creating an utter ruin isn't the easiest, since most things, especially in the base game, are rather pristine without a scratch. Well, here I retextured some base game things to make it look like they spent decades in an abandoned building.
They are 1/4 of the original price.
