No Reaper reward eyes/color

If you for some magic reason already got the Reaper rewards eyes ahead of time EA in all their typical fashion made them available for random. As you can see, it becomes a problem as your townies will begin to spawn all creepy like mentioned here:

This removes the eyes from the game. It's my first mod so please I appretiate the feedback.
