Hello baby boys and welcome to Binwood! 🌵
⚠️Please read everything!⚠️

Binwood is the place where, at last, the Bin families get some attention. Not only that: they're getting new memories, infant face genetics, pictures, ancestors, houses and lore!

This is an open hood, meaning all lots are apartment ones! For Binwood, I've built four apartment lots (the biggest ones in the vanilla game).

This hood comes in two versions.

The complete version mixes apartment and functional community lots in one place! It includes restaurants, a club and boutiques. This version is heavier and it requires Apartments and Shopping, on the same Lot!

The light version doesn't include community lots, so you won’t need 'Apartments and Shopping on the Same Lot!' and it should run more smoothly.

HOW TO INSTALL IT!

Unfortunately, because of Mod The Sims’ file size limit, Binwood was split into two parts. Just put everything from Part 2 into the 'N780' folder inside Part 1, then move the N780 folder to 'Neighborhoods' under Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Neighborhoods.

Every Sim has infant face genetics, and for every family, there are at least six dead ancestors. I custom-made all the NPCs, townies, and playable Sims (duh). All the playable Sims have memories, bios, customized personality points, hand-picked lifetime wants, aspirations — all of that and more. Everything customizable about them was.

1. Mary Gavigan had a memory of moving out that wasn’t supposed to be in the Clean version, so it’s been removed!
