With neon lights brighten the otherwise drab concrete walls, closed living quarters can't get any closer in Neon Towers, where limited space is optimized to cater urban lifestyles.

There are 2 different versions for this lot. First lot has Towers A & B with 7 lots, Towers C & D with 6 lots without balconies.
