yeah the layout looks great.
i really appreciate peeps who take the time to decorate the houses they build. that to me makes it worth the download.

looks like it needs the EP as the screenshot shows furnishings in 45-degree angle. also there's a pool table and a fountain.

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention it, it does require TS2U. I did use the boolprop cheats to get the 45 degree angles and to center objects, just so you know.

Secondly, I had to rebuild this house on a new lot. The picture of the garden was taken with that first house, and is slightly different than the one up for download. The one currently available just has yellow roses as opposed to the red, white, and pink.

Finally, I would like to make one suggestion: Get the Scarborough kitchen! I think it looks really nice in this house.
