Colonial Style Home with 3br. and 3.5baths (EP Needed)

This home is a large Colonial Style on a 5x5 lot. Its about 75% furnished so all you need is a couple of items for your Sims to move in. The cost, as it is, is almost $164,000 to buy it.

Some features about the home are:
Basement:Large basement, 1/2 bath, game area, and Gym area.
First Floor:Kitchen, Dining room w/fireplace/baywindow, 2 car garage w/cars/driveway, large entry way, family room w/fireplace/baywindow, full bath, laundry room, sunken living room w/baywindow, a fountain, and a backyard deck.
Second Floor:Spiral Stairs w/open view, Master bedroom w/full bath, 2 additional bedrooms joined by a full bath, and a backyard balcony.
Extra:Swimming pool w/high dive.

This is the first one of this kind of home I made making both a spiral staircase and a sunken living room in one home. There are no hacks in this home, but I did use 3 cheats to build it, "the moveobjects", "the boolprop floorelevation", and "the boolprop 45%angle" which I turned all off after I finished it.
I have uploaded pic's. from different angles for the parts I mentioned.

Update:I just uploaded the same home in a separate .rar that I added a basement entry door on the right side of the home with 2 extra pics to show you what it looks like. It's Colonial Style2-3br. + 3.5baths. I dont know if it has to go through the waiting period, so you might not see it right away, but its uploaded.

I see the new one is uploaded, so I am taking the first one off to save thier server space and since it is the same one but without the basement entry. Please let me know what you think.
