Finally, my first upload.
Chatteau Christas is a gorgeous french-country-inspired little hideaway perched on top of two tree-filled terraces. This roomy home features three bed and bath, but could easily fit more if you want to change up the floorplan a bit. Currently, I have the rooms and open space pretty generously proportioned.
Hold your neighbors in awe as they gracefully ascend the sweeping stairs that take you up through the terraces and all of their sylven glory. This house comes with a seperate wine shack (no chatteau is complete without one ;-) ) and backyard patio.
Hack free, should be EP and EP-less compatible, unfurbished, sparingly decorated, and about 92k...
