It costs 18.713 Simoleans. It can be a nice home for a beginning little family and can keep up with the growing family. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and a nice garden with a pond. The second bedroom is big enough for two beds. I hope your sims will be very happy in this home.
I have used only MAXIS content and i'm not sure if it needs the EP. I have it installed but i didn't use anything from the EP.
