This house is modeled after an Old Victorian on the Cover of a Ray Bradbury book. EP required. Furnished.

There are 5 ghosts on the lot ~ sim "Jayne Marston" is living there to facilitate the ghosts ~ if you move her out or delete her before other sims see the ghosts ~ the ghosts will disappear.

If you don't download the hair and clothes, I believe they will revert to the default hair and clothes from Maxis.
