Hello everyone, :howdy:
This is the Sunny Sands Beach House I made. It's based off of a house plan I have in a book of home plans which I plan on creating several of the houses.
It's a really cute beach house, with 3 beds, 2 bath, 2 car garage. You may change one of the bedrooms into a study. It's fully furnished. The cost is 128,692. No custom content, I think it only requires Nightlife. Please let me know if it includes University etc.
It kinda reminds me of a little Spanish house with all the sunny yellowness and stuff. xD
