This is house number 4 that I have made. Made this for the big Sim families. $154,800+ Completely furnished 2 story with 8 Bedrooms, 4 Baths (4 bdrm, 2 bath on each floor).
There is a patio in the front and back on the 1st floor. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, 2 baths on the first floor ,there is the living room, kitchen, and study.
There is a 2nd story deck that goes around the house each bedroom on the 2nd floor has their own private entrance to the deck.
There is a large game room/ dance/ bar with bubble maker in the backside of the large garage. 2 Drum sets

This house is equipped with a burglar alarm and smoke detector. There are lots of things for your sims to do in this house. Drums, piano, paint, game table, books, there is a computer in the study. Just to name a few.
