Everything uploaded here may be used and shared as long as you don't claim to make it. I can spend days fiddling with an alpha layer until it's just right and I don't like people claiming my hard work.
Other than that, as long as you don't upload this to paysites or in donation packs you can upload my work packaged with your Sim and/or lot.
