I've had 3 out of 4 approvals, and have 1 pending house.
I don't have any idea as to what I am working on next but when I figure it out I will post it. My houses take about 6 to 12 hours of game play total to make, that's on average and may be a bit high in estimation.
Anyway I wont be uploading anything next week (the first week in Feb.) as I am moving across the city on the 31st.
