No longer taking requests.

I know I've posted in various places that I take house requests, but now that will be no longer true, as I plan on to start creating for the Sims 3 and I'll be trying out my own ideas and such.

So its been a while since I last posted a house for download and I'm in the mood to start building again, but I need some inspiration. Any tips, pictures, or feedback is encouraged and welcomed!
