After 2 reinstalls I finally got my game running correctly. Before, I would make something and save, only to find a blue box in place of the building. I reinstalled the game but then it froze in installation and then when I played it crashed, so I had to reinstall again.

So now that it's running fine I've churned out quite a number of new buildings.

These are what I have created since Friday.
Bauhaus - Community lot
Palm Teenie - 1 Unit Apartment
Palm Tiny - 1 Unit Apartment
Carnegie House
Country Living - Requested House
Palm Town - 2 unit Townhouse
