Unless Stated directly in the thread, my policy is always the same:
You can host these on another site (as long as it's FREE) and you can also Modify/manipulate the mesh and recolour without permission (just give credit)... any movies and pictures and this and that, you can do without asking (just give credit). I'll make it a habit to include the ms3d files if this applies. You can even use them as a resource (just give credit [see a trend?])
