Hi! I have just recently started uploading to MTS. I have been playing and building since the original sims, but haven't really shared until TS3. I hope you enjoy my creations! I love building and I spend tons of time doing the interiors of each of my builds, so I hope people move their sims in the furnished version!

If in doubt, it may be good to contact them if you have a question about using their assets for your own upload. However, the creator not having a TOU could mean they don't mind what happens with their content and you can use their assets as you wish.
