I don't use a ton of CC, but when I do I try my absolute best to find and respect the creator's TOU. If there are any issues with a CC item I've used (in regards to credit given or the policy on its inclusion with lots) please let me know so I can fix it! Anyways, I love to build lots based on real life and sometimes just from my own imagination. I'm still learning everyday so I apologize for any issues you may have with my lots, but please let me know so I can fix it for next time!
