I quit modding TS4 in 2022-ish, feel free to do whatever you want with the few mods I made (since they aren't being maintained by myself). As of 8/16/2024, I saw a fix (here) for the pregnancy length incompatibility between Pregnancy Variations and MCCC (or WW, i'm not sure which one it was). If you're interested in the size differences from Pregnancy Variations and don't mind losing the length variance you'll most likely want the fix too.
